Château Plince

Pomerol A.O.C.

Presentation of the vineyard

Located at the east exit of Libourne on the Montagne and Puisseguin road, the Château PLINCE property extends over a single-block domain of around ten hectares. Its 9.05 hectare vineyard is based on dark sandy soil, the iron content of which greatly contributes to the richness of the wine. The productive grape variety is made up of 84% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc, also called Bouchet.

Each year, Château PLINCE produces around 50,000 bottles, the majority of which are sold to the Maison MOUEIX (wine merchant). The rest of the production, directly marketed by the SCEV MOREAU (Société Civile d'Exploitation Viticole), is reserved for visiting customers who are passing through and visiting the property as well as direct orders.
